Gretas

24-11-2016, by Mieke

Are you an interior lover in need of breakfast or lunch? Then head over to Gretas in the city centre of Stockholm, to surround yourself with all the beauty the Scandics has to offer.

When you enter Hay Market, where Gretas is located, you'll find yourself entering a different world. The interior is a mix of classical, luxurious materials and modern Scandinavian touches. Everywhere you look, you'll find golden details, marble table tops, warm light and the perfect blend of the typical Scandinavian pastels. Design and interior lovers will definitely have an inspiring time at this hotspot. The music sets the tone: the soft jazz from the twenties gives that lovely feeling of being pampered. You won't want to leave :-)

AS FOR THE MENU

At Gretas they serve breakfast all day. Hurray for those late Sunday brunches or those moments you're craving for granola in the afternoon (or is that just a weird thing I have?)! Furthermore, they serve all kinds of healthy salads, big fikas and small treats.

YUM!

My husband ordered avocado on toasted rye bread and a poached egg on top and I went for the lavender yoghurt and granola. The toast tasted even better than it looked and the crunchy granola was gone before I knew it ;-) The freshly squeezed orange juice was perfect and the cappuccino at this place is definitely worth trying!

If you're in the city centre and you want to escape the buzz of the city, find a spot at this place and let Gretas treat you well.
