3 ingredients broccoli soup

This is some very easy and basis cooking stuff, but for the ones who've never made a broccoli soup before.. 
You. Will. Love. This! Not only for the delicious taste and structure; this soup is also high in fibre, free of sugars and low in fat. Yeah!


Groceries for 2 servings

Broccoli, cut into florets 500 g:
1 big / 2 smaller ones
Bouillon cube 1
Water 1/2 litre

Instructions

  1. Add the bouillon cube and the broccoli florets to some hot water and heat the water until it boils. Let is boil for a few minutes.
  2. When the broccoli has become soft enough to easily chop them with a knife or fork, take the pan off the heat.
  3. Take your (hand) blender and mix until the soup is smooth.
  4. Serve with some sliced bread, some vegetables and some fruit for afterwards. Ready to serve!

Tip! 

You can serve this easily as a starter for a fancy dinner. Just add some shrimps to the soup and grill the bread in the oven together with some garlic and you’re good to go. Healthy, easy and tasteful!
